📋 Description

• Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, and clients daily.

• Lead and support ideation sessions, workshops, and presentations with clients.

• Define, design, prototype and improve solutions.

• Produce innovative designs that are distinct to the client’s brand.

• Ensure final design concepts are on-brand, on-budget, and effective.

• Support Engineers through implementation by providing comprehensive design solutions.

• Set the bar for core design values and improve design processes.

• Give and receive design critiques to refine work.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design or a related field.

• Proven track record of designing and delivering successful user experiences across multiple projects and platforms.

• Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating proficiency in information, interaction, interface, and visual design.

• Familiarity with industry-specific requirements (e.g., fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, healthcare).

• Expert in Figma and comfortable creating your own design systems.

• Understanding of accessibility standards and web best practices.

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS with translating designs to developers.

• Experience using AI design tools as part of your process.
