• Take charge of design projects throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Define the vision for user experience and foster collaboration among team members.
• Collaborate with team members to create exceptional user experiences on various digital platforms and applications for our clients, focusing on engagement, utility, and problem-solving.
• Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, perform user testing, and analyze usability findings to customize designs for optimal problem-solving.
• Create and test design solutions, not just to convey ideas and concepts, but also to engage real customers in collaborative and iterative processes.
• Conduct workshops with project stakeholders to ensure close collaboration, discussing options, next steps, and developing design strategies together.
• Minimum of 2 years of design experience at SaaS or consumer-focused tech or media companies.
• Proficient in the latest design tools (Sketch, Figma, Framer, Invision, etc.) as well as traditional tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of outstanding products.
• Excellent communication skills to establish frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts.
• Emphasis on people-centric design approach through user research and A/B testing.
• Fluent in English.
