📋 Description

• Lead the entire design process, from defining problems to creating high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.

• Develop comprehensive state coverage for all interfaces, including loading, empty, error, and recovery scenarios.

• Establish and manage scalable components and patterns in collaboration with the engineering team.

• Quickly prototype to assess feasibility in situations with limited market data.

• Design interaction models for AI experiences, incorporating context, instructions, outputs, and human-in-the-loop interactions.

• Present design decisions with clear justifications, seek feedback, and iterate rapidly.

• Translate strategies into user journeys, information structures, and screen flows.

• Deliver production-ready UI designs with easily implementable components and token-driven systems.

• Create lightweight specifications and usage guidelines to promote pattern reuse.

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define success metrics and conduct experiments.

• Maintain the Design System's coherence while adapting it to meet evolving product requirements.

• Ensure that design decisions prioritize accessibility and performance.

• Establish collaboration processes with engineering to ensure design feasibility, performance, and accessibility.

• Map key user journeys for an AI-driven workflow and deliver production-ready UI designs for core screens.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering complex product UX/UI designs beyond marketing websites.

• Proficiency in Figma, including component sets, variants, properties, and library management.

• Experience in building or extending a Design System to expedite project delivery.

• Ability to design interfaces with multiple states, rich data, and clear error patterns.

• Comfortable working in uncertain situations, proposing solutions, and collaborating with engineers.

• Strong understanding of component architecture and pattern reuse.

• Experience in interaction design for agent-assisted workflows and decision trees.

• Attention to visual details such as hierarchy, spacing, and readability with real-world data.

• Effective communication skills focused on decisions and trade-offs.

• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and commitment to follow-through.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in product design or related field with shipped products.

• Evidence of creating products from scratch and contributing to Design Systems.

• Proficiency in Figma and modern component methodologies.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish communication.

• Nice to have: Experience in uncertain or fast-growing environments.

• Nice to have: Experience designing interfaces with AI agents or LLM-powered features.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with frontend implementation constraints and collaboration methods.

• Nice to have: Exposure to B2B fintech, data tools, or complex operational products.

• Nice to have: Ability to conduct usability tests and analyze insights efficiently.
