• We are looking for a skilled and imaginative UX/UI Designer to join our expanding digital services team.
• Your main responsibility will be to transform business and user requirements into user-friendly, captivating, and accessible design solutions.
• Take charge of the entire UX/UI design process for web and mobile applications, from initial exploration to final delivery.
• Create user-friendly interfaces for applicants, reviewers, and administrators.
• Manage the entire UX/UI design process for web and mobile applications, from exploration to delivery.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are practical, scalable, and in line with business objectives.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and continuous design enhancements.
• Uphold design uniformity through component libraries, style guides, and design systems.
• Advocate for user-centric design in both technical and non-technical discussions.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional UX/UI design experience (preferably in federal or consulting settings).
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Solid grasp of responsive design principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards (508/WCAG).
• Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments with developers and product teams.
• Portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and impactful project results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript) is a bonus.
• Experience working with government clients or in regulated industries is highly advantageous.
