• Develop moodboards and final mockups that align with project visual and experience guidelines
• Establish Design Systems following visual rules, principles, constraints, and best practices
• Design interactive prototypes
• Supply storyboards for animations, transitions, and technical assets to the development team to enhance product value
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to influence future product developments
• Generate graphic content for presentations and digital platforms
• Perform usability testing to assess design effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and iterate based on user feedback
• Present design concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, articulating the value and impact of design decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Communication Design, formal training in UX/UI Design, or a related field
• 3–8 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
• Previous involvement in web and mobile development projects
• Proficiency with Figma
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication skills to convey ideas and solutions clearly
• Proficient in visualizing and presenting concepts
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, critical and creative thinking skills
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills
• Fluency in English
