UX/UI Designer – Pharmaceutical Industry, German

📋 Description

• Design wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts

• Create visually engaging interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design principles

• Conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and refine designs accordingly

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation

• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries

• Ensure designs are accessible and provide inclusive experiences

• Stay current with industry trends and apply best practices to design projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Illustrator

• Strong grasp of UX principles, usability, and interaction design

• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Knowledge of responsive design and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus

• Ability to communicate in German and Business English (written and verbal)

• Able to work remotely full-time within the CET time zone

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated sectors is preferred
