• We are seeking a talented and user-centric UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic product team.
• Ideal candidates will possess a robust product design background, a profound understanding of user behavior, and practical experience in crafting intuitive and scalable digital products.

• Responsibilities include leading and implementing end-to-end UX/UI design for web and/or mobile platforms, creating engaging personas, journey maps, and user flows, conducting user testing and usability studies, generating high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes, simplifying complex issues into elegant user experiences, collaborating with diverse teams, writing AI prompts, and ensuring design consistency through the establishment of design systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of UX/UI or product design experience
• Proficiency in Figma, encompassing component libraries, auto layout, and prototyping
• Competence with Adobe Creative Studio
• Strong background in persona development, journey mapping, and user testing
• Experience in crafting AI prompts, particularly for conversational interfaces or intelligent systems
• Impressive portfolio showcasing various product design projects with a user-centered approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design rationale
• Familiarity with design thinking, agile methodology, and rapid prototyping
• Nice to Have: Previous involvement in a startup or fast-paced product team, familiarity with AI/ML-driven products or LLMs, knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS), and understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
