• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to shape product vision, scope, and user flows from the outset.
• Lead and conduct user research activities, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis, to deeply understand user needs and behaviors.
• Translate intricate business and user requirements into clear, intuitive, and scalable design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively convey design intent.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to align stakeholders and foster a shared vision of product objectives.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles while considering technical feasibility and business priorities.
• Present design decisions and rationale clearly, concisely, and persuasively, adapting communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead the end-to-end design process: from initial exploration and ideation to delivery, validation, and iteration.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented as intended, providing specifications, documentation, and QA support as necessary.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously enhance the design practice.
