UX/UI Designers & Developers

📋 Description

• This is a fully remote position with 100% remote work. The work hours are full-time, 40 hours a week.

• Responsibilities include leading the definition, planning, and execution of user research throughout the SDLC. Generating journey maps, personas, and other artifacts to guide design and development.

• Utilize Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision to create prototypes for driving UI/UX enhancements. Collaborate with developers on the view layer in MVC projects.

• Transform creative software design ideas into functional front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in conducting user research and producing related deliverables like personas, journey maps, and interview guides.

• Skilled in using standard UX/UI software like Sketch, InVision, and Adobe XD to develop intuitive application prototypes based on Human-Centered Design principles and WCAG 2.X compliance.

• Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to create responsive, cross-browser prototypes. Collaborate with developers on the view layer in MVC projects or other design frameworks.

• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe XD. Relevant certifications are advantageous.

• Education/Work Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe XD.
