UX/UI Specialist

📋 Description

• Develop user-friendly interfaces for government, healthcare, and other clients

• Create design systems, component libraries, and UI components based on atomic design principles

• Conduct UX research through interviews, user flows, wireframes, and user journeys

• Design websites and apps to optimize user experience

• Collaborate with clients to explain designs, conduct demos, and build relationships

• Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation and accessibility standards

• Manage multiple contractor projects simultaneously with detailed documentation

• Adapt to evolving project needs and propose innovative solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of relevant design experience

• Proven track record in B2B and B2C settings

• Preferred experience in government or healthcare sectors

• Familiarity with ADA compliance and WCAG guidelines

• Proficiency in UX research and UI design tools such as Figma and FigJam

• Expertise in creating user journeys, happy paths, and applying atomic design methodology

• Ability to design accessible interfaces for government projects

• Strong communication skills and client rapport building

• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset

• Well-organized workflow and documentation skills

• Google Design Certificate or equivalent experience preferred

• Experience working as a contractor and managing multiple projects

• Collaborative attitude towards working with developers
