• Design natural and intuitive voice interactions for an AI-powered customer experience platform
• Develop voice scripts, prompts, and dialogue paths that meet user needs and project objectives
• Conduct user research to guide design decisions and address key questions shaping future projects and user behaviors
• Conduct usability tests with voice prototypes, analyze feedback, and make iterative improvements
• Advocate for user-centered design in complex technical environments to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Ensure design work complies with federal accessibility standards and promotes inclusive design practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, to ensure technically feasible design solutions
• Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation to support iterative development processes

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in design, user research, and cross-functional team collaboration, preferably in regulated environments
• Expertise in user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility compliance
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar
• Hands-on experience with Conversational AI platforms like Genesys Cloud, Google Dialogflow CX, Amazon Lex, Microsoft Bot Framework
• Experience with speech recognition, text-to-speech, and voice biometrics
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environment
