• Planning, visualizing, and executing all phases of the design process while considering established design standards
• Developing wireframes and prototypes based on customer requirements
• Visualizing data in dashboards
• (Re)designing complex tools and software
• Implementing a User-Centered-Approach
• Creative UX problem solving (e.g. usability, findability)
• Planning and moderating ideation workshops (currently mainly digital, e.g. via FigJam)
• Defining user journeys
• Organizing and conducting user testings, as well as creating and presenting reports afterwards
• Collaborating with UI designers
• Communicating design ideas and prototypes to software developers
• Currently enrolled in a full-time program in the field of design and/or media
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written
• Proactive, motivated, and dedicated work ethic – actively tackle issues and drive them forward independently
• Creativity & resourcefulness – enjoy bringing in your own ideas and thinking outside the box
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor
• Proficient experience with design tools, especially Figma
• Knowledge in Interaction Design and Information Architecture
• Enthusiasm for usability and conversion best practices, staying up-to-date with apps, trends, and tools
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset to tackle challenges in a structured manner
