• Provide consultation to clients on UX/UI matters, collaborate on defining requirements, and create customized target audience analyses and customer journey maps.
• Organize, manage, and follow up on workshops as part of your duties.
• Conduct usability and behavioral pattern analyses, as well as usability tests, to enhance user flow and guidance.
• Develop UX concepts, design UX sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design new user interfaces using the Atomic Design methodology to ensure consistent products for clients.
• Currently pursuing studies in UX design or a related field, preferably at the master's level.
• Possess a thorough understanding of UX design principles.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and experience with headless CMSs like Contentful or Storyblok is advantageous.
• Experience in applying heuristic evaluation principles on the web is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to new requirements, find innovative solutions, and seek assistance when needed.
• Work in an organized, independent manner with a strong willingness to learn.
• Demonstrate conceptual thinking, organizational skills, and reliability.
• Show enthusiasm for technology and software development.
• Proficient in German language skills (minimum C1 level).
