Job Purpose
Work in a user-centered design process, defining interaction models, user task flows and UI specifications to create valuable solutions for diverse needs, working end-to-end to ship great products. With us you will be a part of our collaborative and agile team working hands-on with other UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, Software Engineers and Business Analysts on business critical projects to create the next generation of FinTech experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and development of intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Creation of wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
- Active involvement in new client acquisition through creative design concepts and compelling presentations.
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and developers
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and continuously improving user experience based on feedback and data analysis.
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user behavior to inform design decisions.
- Create and work with digital design systems, delivering impeccable files to front-end and back end developers.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years' of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work.
- Experience implementing design thinking and user-centered design approaches to map out user journeys to address customer needs.
- Proficiency with key UI/UX tools such as Sketch or Figma, and a strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with responsive design and working with design systems.
- Proven knowledge of best-in-class UI design and UX practice for B2B, data-driven products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Fluent in German & English.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
- Experience in client interaction and supporting new business development efforts.
