• Curate daily news clips for team members and maintain digital resource databases.
• Develop and test email marketing templates; oversee list segmentation, A/B testing, and audience engagement tactics.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns (e.g., on Mailchimp, Constant Contact) for newsletters, fundraising efforts, and event promotions.
• Provide design, social media, and digital support to state chapters on an ongoing basis.
• Contribute to defining and measuring KPIs for design and digital campaigns, such as engagement metrics and ad performance.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a communications role with a focus on graphic design.
• Portfolio showcasing strong graphic design abilities and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficient in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), Mailchimp, Google AdWords, and basic HTML/CSS.
• Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and adapt designs for various platforms.
• Skill in translating ambiguous ideas into clear and actionable outputs.
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with precise attention to detail.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for clarity, consistency, and tone.
• Highly independent and proactive, capable of managing projects autonomously while fostering collaboration and open communication with colleagues.
• Knowledge of digital communications strategies, multi-platform campaigns, social media management, and web content optimization.
• Experience in cross-channel marketing campaigns, integrating multiple channels for a cohesive digital communications strategy.
