• Collaborating efficiently with cross-functional teams and producing engineering-ready systematic design while measuring and communicating design outcomes.
• Extensive experience in systematic design and maintaining design systems across design and code.
• Delivering impactful UX work on complex SaaS web applications in productivity, AI, or scientific domains.
• Advocating for and driving design system adoption while balancing system consistency with product needs.
• Owning an end-to-end human-centered design process and conducting product discovery independently.
• Rapid interactive prototyping skills in modern design tools and firm understanding of accessibility standards.
• Ability to strategically balance scope, speed, and quality for the best outcomes.
• Curiosity and interest in agentic experiences and leveraging AI within design systems responsibly.
• Collaborative, humble, and consultative mindset with clear visual communication skills.
• Bonus experience in mentoring designers, service design, and inclusive design would be advantageous.
