UI UX Designer - Personal Injury Firm

📋 Description

• This position is exclusively for candidates based in Irvine, CA.

• TORKLAW, a prominent personal injury law firm, is in search of a highly talented and driven UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The primary focus will be leading the design of cutting-edge case management software.

• Your role will be pivotal in shaping a software application that leverages AI, data, and an intuitive user experience to simplify and streamline case management.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Own the creation of a consistent and cohesive design language across the entire application.

• Develop seamless and captivating user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

• Conduct user research, craft wireframes, prototypes, and conduct user testing.

• Collaborate with various teams including developers and product managers in an agile setting.

• Implement design systems, libraries, and component-based strategies to uphold uniformity.

• Enhance designs for responsiveness, usability, and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• Demonstrate the ability to understand complex system logic and create clear, intuitive interfaces.

• Showcase proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio encompassing both UI and UX projects.

• Proficient in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

• Possess a solid grasp of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design techniques.

• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, color theory, and layout.

• Familiarity with design systems, design libraries, and component-based design.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to justify design choices.

• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Minimum internet speed requirement - 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload.

• Preferably have a hard-wired Ethernet connection; if using Wi-Fi, it should maintain a consistent link speed of ≥ 400 Mbps and reliable coverage.
