3D Artist – Animator

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with client studios and art directors to bring their games to life

• Adapt existing art styles to produce 3D game-ready assets

• Create designs, models, and textures for characters, props, and environment assets in various art styles

• Rig and animate a range of animals, characters, and robots

• Identify and resolve 3D asset and pipeline issues

• Foster strong relationships with game development peers globally

• Support team members to achieve objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in video game art and/or animation

• Proficiency in multiple art styles and seamless transitions between them

• Thorough understanding of art and animation principles

• Familiarity with 3D art pipeline and adept at troubleshooting integration challenges

• Proficient in standard digital art software like Photoshop, 3DSMax/Maya/Blender, Surface painter/designer, etc.

• Experience with game engines, especially Unity

• Strong problem-solving abilities and team player mindset

• Curiosity, open-mindedness, and continuous learning mindset

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Portfolio showcasing 3D, rigging, and animation work

• Previous involvement in shipping game title(s)

• Background in game cinematics development

• Skill in real-time VFX

• Experience optimizing assets for mobile games

• In-game lighting expertise

• Leadership and mentoring capabilities
