• Propose automation tools and pipelines for iterative and procedural workflows.
• Provide technical feedback, documentation, and mentorship to fellow artists.
• Demonstrated experience with AAA-quality work in engine environments.
• Proficiency in industry-standard DCC tools and Python scripting.
• Comfortable developing Maya/engine plugins and supporting automation in pipelines.
• Passion for modern rendering techniques, shader languages, and optimization strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and over 3 years of industry experience.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Houdini, MotionBuilder, or C++.
