GIF Animator

📋 Description

• Develop animated GIF panels for continuous webcomic episodes

• Utilize After Effects or similar animation software

• Incorporate smooth loops, subtle effects, and dynamic movements based on provided artwork

• Engage with our production team for prompt feedback and revisions

• Ensure consistent style and high-quality output across various episodes

• Meet strict deadlines (typically 48–72 hours turnaround time)

⛳️ Requirements

• Showcase a portfolio highlighting strong GIF or motion animation projects

• Proficient in motion graphics, 2D animation, or VFX

• Skilled in AE, Clip Studio, Procreate, or similar tools

• Strong understanding of timing, staging, and visual storytelling

• Ability to adhere to art direction and match existing styles

• Effective and quick communicator

• Available for immediate short-term contract assignments

• Experience in comics, manga, or sequential storytelling is a plus

• Familiarity with optimizing GIFs for web is a plus

• Knowledge of FX elements (smoke, lighting, impact frames, ambient motion) is a plus

• Experience collaborating with remote teams using Slack, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc., is a plus
