📋 Description

• Develop high-quality character textures and skin variations that align with Oxide's visual style.

• Refine and prepare character models for texturing, ensuring optimal UVs and asset workflow.

• Enhance texture and material performance for seamless mobile device usage.

• Maintain visual consistency across all character skins and materials in collaboration with the art lead.

• Efficiently iterate on feedback in a fast-paced production setting.

• Coordinate with developers and technical artists for smooth asset integration into the game engine.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in 3D art or texturing.

• Strong grasp of realistic texturing, including materials, roughness, dirt, and wear.

• Proficient in Substance Painter, Photoshop, and at least one 3D modeling software (Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max).

• Basic understanding of optimization techniques for mobile platforms.

• Ability to follow art direction and adapt to an existing visual style.

• Portfolio showcasing realistic character texturing skills (skins, materials, or similar work).
