• Responsible for managing assigned projects to meet deadlines, budgets, and prioritize tasks while upholding quality standards and accuracy.
• Collaborate on various projects involving multiple disciplines and companies.
• Create three-dimensional models and renderings using Revit and Civil 3D.
• Prepare and compile design documents.
• Support project managers in presenting models for project teams and client meetings.
• Assist in Revit Project Setup.
• Review and interpret design drawings and models for accurate presentation and coordination.
• Communicate design changes and issues with the Project Manager and Design Team.
• Provide project structure layouts based on input from senior designers and Project Engineers.
• Participate in quality reviews and follow direction accordingly.
• Create Revit content to expand the library of Revit families.
• Possess an Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering; equivalent experience is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient in Revit with advanced knowledge.
• Familiarity with Revit/CAD file integration in projects.
• Experience in BIM Tasks including family editing, enhanced modeling skills, and understanding of BIM Workflows.
• Ability to follow project execution plans and workflow guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
