📋 Description

• Utilize Spine and Unity to create top-notch 2D character, prop, VFX, and UI animations, ensuring each movement is polished, intentional, and emotionally captivating

• Manage the animation pipeline from rig setup to in-engine integration, ensuring smooth implementation, performance optimization, and technical consistency

• Collaborate across teams to prototype and enhance gameplay motion, ensuring animations improve feedback, readability, and overall game experience

• Establish and uphold animation quality standards for features and live content, balancing aesthetic excellence with mobile performance limitations

• Infuse personality, rhythm, and weight into loops and transitions, transforming simple interactions into memorable and satisfying moments

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in 2D animation with Spine and Unity, covering rig creation, advanced animation systems, and final in-engine integration

• Profound knowledge of animation principles such as anticipation, timing, spacing, easing, follow-through, squash and stretch, and appeal

• Keen eye for rhythm, weight, and emotional clarity to make interactions tactile, satisfying, and expressive

• Proactive and ownership-driven mindset, comfortable setting quality standards and mentoring others

• Bonus: Experience in casual or stylized games, contribution to animation pipelines or systems, or a passion for humor-driven and “oddly satisfying” animation loops
