• Serve as a liaison between Art, Engineering, and the game engine to facilitate effective communication and resolve interdisciplinary issues
• Assist artists in integrating art into the engine, including setup, debugging, and optimizing assets and systems
• Develop, implement, and manage tools, scripts, and workflows to enhance artist productivity and content quality
• Work closely with artists on animation, modeling, texturing, shaders, FX, and other real-time content areas
• Identify and address visual or performance challenges by proposing high-quality solutions within technical limitations
• Contribute to enhancing art pipelines and production processes
• Create clear and concise documentation for tools, workflows, and pipelines
• Take charge of technical obstacles, demonstrate autonomy, and suggest proactive enhancements
• Thorough understanding of real-time content development and game art pipelines
• Experience with proprietary and off-the-shelf game engines
• Technical proficiency in one or more art disciplines (e.g., animation, modeling, texturing, FX) with a solid understanding of their interactions in-engine
• Proficiency in supporting or developing production tools and workflows
• Programming and scripting skills (e.g., C++, C#, Python, or similar)
• Familiarity with asset management and version control practices
• Knowledge of animation rigs and game animation systems
• Experience with DCC tools like Maya, 3DsMax, Blender, Painter
• Strong problem-solving abilities, inquisitiveness, and a team-oriented approach
