• Ability to work independently, self-assess work, and make necessary adjustments.
• Capacity to enhance a given brief with personal research and ideas while meeting core requirements.
• Understanding the importance of an iterative approach.
• Positive response to constructive feedback.
• Professional and approachable communication with stakeholders.
• Solid grasp of the art creation process within the game development pipeline.
• Experience with source control.
• Willingness to adapt to different software and engines as needed.
• Experience with UE5 is a plus.
