• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Technical Artist in the mobile gaming industry.
• Proficient in Unity, including shader development (Shader Graph/HLSL), particle systems, and rendering optimization.
• Strong command of C# scripting for process automation and tool enhancement.
• Familiarity with mobile game limitations (performance, memory, draw calls, batching).
• Hands-on experience with lighting, VFX, post-processing, and GPU profiling.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and texturing workflows (Blender, Maya, Photoshop, Substance).
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize art assets and rendering issues.
