• Responsible for developing and managing technologies related to art pipelines and workflows
• Collaborate with Art and Engineering teams to innovate and enhance pipelines, and streamline creation processes
• Address technical issues concerning rigs, animations, hair and cloth simulations, and performance capture
• Work closely with technical artists daily to identify areas for workflow improvement and tool development
• Ensure build stability and maintain memory and performance budgets in collaboration with the engineering team
• Provide mentorship to other artists as necessary
• Engage with top industry talent to learn and grow professionally
• Minimum of 5 years experience in games, film, or animation industries
• Ability to proactively solve complex challenges
• Proficient in C++ with a desired proficiency in Python/C#
• Fluent in Maya with expertise in animation, rigging, shaders, MEL Script, and Maya API
• Familiarity with cloth and rigid/soft body physics, collision volumes, Substance Painter/Designer, Photoshop, Perforce, and Motion Builder
• Experience optimizing art asset reduction and validation within existing pipelines
• Passion for addressing mobile-centric challenges and limitations
• Prior experience in mobile game development is advantageous
• Genuine passion for video games
