• Produce high-quality, real-time visual effects spanning a range of VFX categories
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance gameplay, cinematics, and environments with top-notch VFX

• Estimate and plan work effectively in partnership with department leads and production
• Extensive experience in creating real-time VFX (typically 5+ years)
• Strong portfolio showcasing game VFX creation skills
• Proficiency in both real-time and baked simulations
• Familiarity with VFX tools and pipelines such as Houdini, Max, and Maya
• Expertise in Unreal Engine 5, Niagara, and related systems
• Understanding of PBR concepts, real-time rendering, shaders, and lighting
• Experience optimizing performance for real-time VFX projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive participation in team objectives
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Submission of a portfolio is mandatory for consideration; applications without one will not be reviewed
