• Test character setups and innovate new animation tools.
• Solve technical issues independently and know when to escalate them.
• Possess a solid understanding of the CG animation pipeline.
• Communicate effectively to foresee and address any scheduling delays promptly.
• Embrace feedback and be open to changes.
• Foster teamwork by mentoring new animators, sharing suggestions, and seeking efficiencies to drive departmental progress.
• Hold a BA or equivalent through a combination of education, work experience, and/or training.
• Have at least 3 years of professional CG Animation experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in Character Performance.
• Be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Possess a good understanding of Rigging.
• Exhibit drawing, Traditional Animation, and Storyboarding skills.
