• Responsible for managing assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and prioritization of tasks while upholding quality standards and accuracy.
• Collaborate on complex projects involving multiple disciplines and organizations.
• Create three-dimensional models and visualizations using Revit and Civil 3D.
• Prepare and compile design documentation.
• Assist project managers in presenting models during team and client meetings.
• Execute Revit Project Setup tasks.
• Review and interpret design drawings and models for accurate coordination.
• Communicate design revisions and challenges to the Project Manager and Design Team.
• Develop project layouts for structures such as Treatment Plants, lift stations, and pump stations based on input from senior designers and Project Engineers.
• Follow directions and participate in quality assessments of deliverables.
• Create Revit content to enhance the existing library of Revit families.
• Possess an Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering; equivalent experience is also considered.
• Have 1-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient in Revit with advanced knowledge.
• Familiarity with integrating Revit/CAD files into projects.
• Experience with BIM tasks including family editing, advanced modeling, understanding of BIM workflows, and project setup.
• Ability to follow project execution plans and workflow guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
