• Responsible for developing and maintaining pipelines and tools in Maya and Unreal to support animation, rigging, and content export workflows
• Work closely with animators and riggers to establish rig standards, including facial morphs, attachments, decay systems, and variant support
• Enhance, renovate, and modernize current pipelines and tools
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure seamless integration of pipeline output into the game engine, support gameplay systems, and achieve performance goals
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical art, technical animation, animation, or game tools development
• Proficient in rigging workflows
• Experience or proficiency in MetaHuman and Unreal Engine
• Familiarity with game-ready skeleton design, skinning, and animation scene structure
• Ability to work in Perforce-integrated pipelines and manage scene referencing/export workflows
• Basic animation skills (supported by project animators)
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
