• Work closely with artists, engineers, and designers to ensure creative alignment, propose rendering approaches, and translate ideas into achievable realities.
• Perform regular audits of content integrity, including physically-based rendering material values, shaders, lighting stability, and post-production systems.
• Assist in look development by analyzing visual targets and creating real-time-ready proposals.
• Evaluate artistic pipelines and processes to suggest improvements and prototype automation solutions for increased efficiency.
• Mentor and provide guidance to fellow developers on content creation and rendering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve rendering and performance challenges while maintaining visual coherence across different platforms.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in rendering technology and visual achievements.
• At least 7 years of experience in real-time graphics, rendering, physical-based lighting, and shading PBR pipeline, particularly with Unreal Engine.
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in artistry and computer graphics development across various projects like movies, commercials, and games.
• Strong understanding and experience in computer graphics workflows, especially with Unreal Engine.
• Proficiency in HLSL, GLSL, or other shader/programming languages.
• Effective communication skills in a team environment and the ability to explain complex ideas visually.
• Proactive in achieving shared goals, mentoring peers, and contributing both independently and collaboratively.
• Interest in visual aesthetics, design, and problem-solving to drive innovation.
• Comfortable with iterative processes, feedback-driven improvements, and maintaining flexibility in solutions.
