• Transform 2D reference images into precise 3D models, ensuring accuracy in geometry, proportions, and topology.
• Research and incorporate additional references to address occlusions, blurry details, or incomplete visuals.
• Create top-notch models spanning various asset categories:
• Hard surface: vehicles, props, machinery.
• Organic: humans (including realistic digital doubles), animals, plants, and natural shapes.
• Environment & architecture: buildings, landscapes, set pieces, and world elements.
• Revise models based on feedback, aligning assets with project standards and artistic vision.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in 3D Art, Animation, Game Design, Computer Graphics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in industry-standard modeling tools (e.g., Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Houdini, 3ds Max) and familiarity with texturing/UV workflows (e.g., Substance Painter, Mari).
• Portfolio demonstrating a variety of hard surface, organic, and environmental assets, preferably for film, games, AR/VR, or interactive media.
• Strong grasp of anatomy, form, and material representation.
• Effective communication of processes and problem-solving strategies.
• Experience in collaborative pipelines, welcoming feedback and iteration.
• Contractors provide their own computer and high-speed internet.
