• Join Sunco as a Senior Designer and engage in a diverse array of design projects, spanning from marketplace assets to advertising campaigns and product renderings.
• Take the lead in crafting visually captivating graphic design elements for both digital and print media, encompassing advertisements, banners, email templates, social media posts, and more.
• Develop top-tier 3D renders for product visualizations, marketing materials, and e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to construct unified visual stories for campaigns, websites, and product introductions.
• Utilize your motion graphics expertise to elevate projects, such as web banners, social media ads, and brief animations, while also staying updated on design trends and techniques.
• Uphold consistent visual design standards that mirror the Sunco brand identity across all channels.
• Offer creative direction and design guidance to team members, providing mentorship and feedback to junior designers.
• Ensure timely delivery of design work that upholds the highest quality standards.
• Keep abreast of current design trends, tools, and methodologies to infuse fresh ideas into projects continually.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, 3D Animation, or a related field.
• Bring at least 5 years of design experience to the table, showcasing expertise in graphic design and 3D rendering through a robust portfolio.
• Demonstrate proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and 3D modeling/rendering tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar (Keyshot proficiency is essential).
• Display solid experience in generating 3D renderings, including product visualization, environmental design, and realistic texturing.
• Exhibit a strong grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and composition.
• Motion graphics experience is advantageous, particularly in the realm of short animations and digital assets, though not mandatory.
• Capable of effectively managing multiple projects with varying timelines, both independently and as part of a team.
• Possess exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in UX/UI design and familiarity with design systems are beneficial.
• Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design is preferred.
• Familiarity with 3D animation software like Autodesk Maya or ZBrush is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for giving and receiving constructive feedback.
