• Developing, optimizing, and integrating 3D assets for maps, from concept to final implementation in the game.
• Crafting realistic assets that adhere to the quality standards of modern AAA projects.
• Preparing assets for game engines and ensuring seamless real-time performance.
• Creating and customizing materials, tiles, and decals.
• Collaborating with high-poly photogrammetric objects.
• Conducting performance optimization and troubleshooting bugs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a 3D artist in the game development field.
• Previous experience in developing AAA games is advantageous.
• Proficiency in various processes:
• - Understanding of the PBR pipeline
• - Creating efficient low-poly and high-quality high-poly models
• - Familiarity with ZBrush for Hard Surface modeling
• - Skilled in optimized UV mapping, including overlaps and trims
• - Expertise in bug-free map baking
• - Advanced texturing techniques for realism, incorporating wear and tear, and working with decals
• - Experience with trim sheets and tile textures
• Ability to collaborate effectively with artists, designers, and technical experts
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
• Proactive, independent, and inquisitive mindset
• Language proficiency: Basic level of English, other languages are a bonus.
