• Create dynamic 3D content following our established brand style, utilizing existing assets and introducing new visual compositions for various platforms including product, web, and marketing.
• Assist in the continuous production of 3D assets by modifying and expanding current models to maintain visual consistency.
• Aid the marketing team by adapting or producing 3D animations for performance campaigns, social media initiatives, and other promotional outlets.
• Design and animate video content using After Effects.
• Occasionally support static graphic design projects like banners, layouts, and social media visuals.
• Contribute to shaping creative concepts and motion language by assisting in the initial design phase, creating style frames, and exploring adaptable visual strategies.
• Collaborate with various teams (product, marketing, growth) to align design concepts with business objectives.
• Possess at least 3 years of experience in 3D and motion design, showcasing a robust portfolio in both fields.
• Proficient in Cinema 4D, Adobe After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comfortable working with existing 3D assets, as well as creating models and animations from scratch.
• Experience in animating for web, product interfaces, and performance marketing materials.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and adhere to deadlines.
• Strong communication and conceptualization skills.
• Bonus: Understanding of graphic design basics and visual elements like composition, color, and typography.
• Familiarity with Figma for prototyping and visual asset preparation.
• Experience in crafting UI animations and micro-interactions using Figma or integrated workflows.
