📋 Description

• Serve as a local contact for network performance and advisor support in the assigned area

• Implement operational deployment of the network performance roadmap (strategy, objectives, planning, resources) through network animation actions and training

• Foster the development of the community of Accredited Trainers to support growth

• Support and enhance the skills of trainers, occasional training sessions facilitation

• Co-develop new training modules, workshops, and webinars

• Engage and maintain social media groups/networks to promote activities

• Contribute to various projects and developments within the group

• Weekly regional travel required

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one confirmed professional experience in the real estate sector (ideally gained in a network of agents)

• Interest in human relations, listening, persuasion, and empathy

• Results-oriented and analytical mindset (numbers)

• Customer service orientation and agility

• Proficiency in new technologies (web, digital tools, social networks) and data-driven focus

• Autonomy in organization

• Availability for weekly travel within the Île-de-France region and neighboring departments
