• Produce dynamic 2D character, prop, and UI animations utilizing Spine and Unity, ensuring each movement is vibrant, refined, and rhythmically captivating.

• Collaborate extensively with artists, designers, and engineers to experiment and enhance gameplay motion, ensuring it improves both clarity and emotional response.

• Establish and uphold animation uniformity throughout the game, managing performance optimization and aesthetic excellence.

• Infuse personality and rhythm into all loops and transitions, ensuring even the simplest animations are oddly satisfying and unforgettable.

• Occasionally assist marketing and live-ops teams by transforming in-game assets into motion loops and ad-ready animations.

• Demonstrated expertise with Spine and Unity, from rig setup to final animation integration.

• Strong understanding of timing, spacing, rhythm, and weight — capable of making interactions feel tangible, cohesive, and emotionally impactful.

• In-depth knowledge of animation principles like anticipation, follow-through, easing, and appeal.

• Collaborative outlook, eager to co-create with game designers and artists to elevate the emotional and interactive aspects of gameplay.

• Bonus: Experience in casual or stylized games, or a passion for music-driven motion and "oddly satisfying" animation loops.
