• We are seeking a talented 2D Artist/Animator to produce game-ready assets for FishWorld. This role involves reporting to the Lead Artist and collaborating with Production, LiveOps, and Product teams.
• Responsibilities include creating various assets such as props, furniture, houses, and backgrounds, delivering high-quality 2D animations within specified style and design parameters, working independently and in a team, executing concepts to completion, and ensuring timely and budget-friendly game deliveries by collaborating with fellow artists, animators, game designers, and producers.

• Must have access to a Windows PC for production work as our art environment is not compatible with macOS.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating 2D game art, preferably within the social/mobile gaming industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in 2D animation.
• Familiarity with MidJourney or similar AI image generation tools.
• Proficient in using the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Animate CC, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Demonstrated ability in producing appealing characters, props, and environments of high quality.
• Skilled in taking features from concept to final in-game art.
• Understanding of animation principles and experience in character animation.
• Strong grasp of perspective, isometry, composition, character design, color theory, visual effects, and lighting.
• Attention to detail, as evidenced by including 'Kattegat' in your application.
• Experience in photo manipulation and knowledge of the game development process.
• Task-oriented, self-driven, and proactive with a bonus if you have experience in F2P game development, creating isometric art, utilizing AI for ideation, working with Blender, rigging 3D character models, and using Confluence and Jira.
