Lead Product Designer

📋 Description

• Spearhead the company’s design vision by merging user experience principles with captivating visual design to create cohesive, on-brand products.

• Develop and refine a scalable design system in Figma to ensure visual consistency and efficient implementation across all product components.

• Establish and uphold UX/UI standards to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions for the core SaaS product.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into intuitive designs.

• Plan and conduct user research activities to refine the user experience and visual appeal of all features.

• Proven track record in UX/UI or Product Design with leadership experience.

• Demonstrated proficiency in crafting engaging user interfaces and maintaining brand aesthetics.

• Expertise in building and governing a design system within Figma.

• Familiarity with designing for SaaS products, particularly enterprise or B2B solutions.
