• Conceptualize spatial ideas, branded environments, and visual systems for experiential campaigns.

• Ensure technically sound and visually striking 3D work ready for production on different platforms.
• Spearhead the 3D visual language for sports, culture, and experiential campaigns.
• Design contemporary, dynamic, and culturally relevant spaces.
• Craft work that captures movement, emotion, and brand narratives in physical settings.
• Apply a strong design sense to form, scale, materials, and spatial flow.
• Supervise the 3D design team across projects and creative processes.
• Uphold a high level of craftsmanship in all 3D output and review work meticulously.
• Assist in workflow organization, delegation, and creative troubleshooting within the 3D team.
• Mentor junior 3D designers through clear guidance, references, and constructive feedback.
• Deliver motion concepts, animation tests, and 3D explorations effectively to internal teams and clients.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in motion design, 3D design, or multidisciplinary brand design.
• Previous experience in brand marketing agencies and/or experiential agencies is essential.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing motion systems, sports campaign work, and 3D designs for various environments.
• Ability to lead visual direction across different channels and formats.
• Proficient in After Effects and a primary 3D tool (Cinema 4D, Blender, Houdini, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of rendering engines (Octane, Redshift, etc.).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience in digital-first environments and creating work that scales across different platforms.
