• Participate in technical reviews and planning to provide feedback on process enhancements.
• Previous experience as a technical artist in game development using Unreal Engine.
• Proficiency in C++ for Unreal Engine or advanced Unreal Blueprint scripting for tool development.
• Strong understanding of game asset pipelines, including modeling, texturing, materials, and level integration.
• Ability to balance artistic requirements with technical limitations for optimal asset performance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication across different disciplines.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and a drive to learn from peers to enhance technical and creative skills.
