• As a Technical Artist specializing in Materials, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual identity of our upcoming stylized title.

• Collaborate seamlessly with our clients' teams to bring dreams to life by developing performant, stylized materials and evolving our material pipelines.

• Ideal for those passionate about the art/tech intersection, fluent in real-time rendering, and capable of creating expressive and efficient materials.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 3+ years of experience in the game industry.

• Deep understanding of Unreal Engine's material editor, shader pipeline, PBR workflows, and real-time lighting.

• Familiarity with HLSL, node-based shader creation, and performance debugging tools like RenderDoc and Unreal Insights.

• Strong grasp of GPU performance, platform optimization, and DCC tools such as Maya, Blender, Houdini, and Substance Painter.

• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to collaborate with diverse teams, self-motivated, and organized.

• Bonus Skills: Experience with material authoring tools like Substance Designer, Quixel, or MaterialX.

• Knowledge of procedural material workflows, texturing automation, and supporting stylized art styles.

• Familiarity with console development (Switch, PlayStation, Xbox) and basic understanding of scripting or blueprinting in Unreal Engine for shader logic.
