• Create and improve tools and methods to optimize game assets, shaders, and environments in Unreal Engine or clients' proprietary engines;
• Enhance the performance of existing content across various platforms while preserving visual quality;
• Develop documentation for optimization workflows, tools, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• At least 4 years of experience in game development or other CG industry;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Artist;
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine 4 or 5 or any other leading game engine with a deep understanding of its art and rendering pipelines;
• Strong grasp of performance optimization techniques and best practices in game development.
