• Take charge of leading and expanding the UX team: Supervise, guide, and nurture UX designers

• Minimum of 10 years of UX design experience, with at least 5 years in leadership positions overseeing and guiding design teams
• Demonstrated success in leading UX efforts for complex B2B or SaaS products, preferably with data-driven or analytics-focused platforms
• Proficiency with industry-standard UX tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), prototyping tools, and research instruments
• Understanding of development limitations (HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge is a plus)
• Strong portfolio showcasing design leadership throughout the entire product lifecycle—including research, interaction design, and data analysis
• Experience in managing or evolving a design system, design standards, pattern libraries, and ensuring uniformity and accessibility on a large scale
• Ability to operate at a strategic and hands-on level—present design concepts, influence the roadmap, and engage in discovery and design tasks
• Excellent communication skills and storytelling ability, capable of influencing executives and motivating teams
• Strong business acumen and the skill to link design choices to client, business outcomes, and product performance metrics
• Previous experience in the financial industry is advantageous, Bachelor's Degree is required
