📋 Description

• Take the lead in overseeing the complete design process for IAM features and products, starting from discovery and user research to prototyping, testing, and final delivery

• Act as the key point of contact with cross-functional partners in your workstream to ensure alignment of UX deliverables

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints

• Drive and implement strategic design initiatives that enhance product experiences and support organizational objectives

• Set an example of excellent design practices for the team, showcasing thoroughness in research, design, file organization, prototyping, and presentation

• Conduct and lead workshops focused on uncovering hypotheses, exploring potential solutions, generating excitement, establishing shared understanding, and fostering team unity

• Cultivate a collaborative design environment by offering constructive feedback in weekly design critiques, guiding peers, and assigning tasks on cross-team projects

• Establish and manage design systems and documentation for authentication, account management, and recovery workflows

• Ensure adherence to digital principles, standards, styles, design patterns, and renderings

• Collaborate with CX Insights to develop long-term research strategies and support ongoing discovery and iterative delivery

• Collaborate with Content Strategy to continuously enhance content, navigation, and site architecture

• Advocate for user privacy, security, and transparency throughout the product lifecycle


⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Design experience, with a strong track record in Identity & Access Management or related fields (authentication, registration, account creation, security flows)

• Demonstrated expertise in UX and interaction design methodologies, with a robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end IAM experiences

• Knowledge of security, privacy, and regulatory requirements affecting user identity

• Ability to adapt existing processes and deliverables to meet project needs and enhance efficiency and quality

• Proven ability to design intricate transactional user interfaces and interactions

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strategic mindset with a natural curiosity

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and security principles

• Proficiency in performance metrics

• Mastery of Figma
