• Demonstrate outstanding communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to convey complex information to various stakeholders.
• Engage with key stakeholders to define project goals, address issues, create project status reports, and monitor project progress.
• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in the mentioned fields, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the role or a closely related occupation.
• Proficiency in:
• Prior experience in warehousing, distribution, or 3PL sectors.
• Managing systems and workflows for physical products.
• Auditing the value chain and proposing client-centric solutions.
• Utilizing CAD software for warehouse design with proven outcomes.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software, methods time measurements, and efficiency optimization.
• Expertise in Process Modeling using LucidChart for enhanced efficiency.
• Skills in statistical analysis, data mining, and visualization tools for actionable insights.
• Working with large datasets, performing advanced analytics, and developing supply chain algorithms.
• Analyzing inventory levels, turnover rates, and optimizing inventory management processes.
• Evaluating supplier performance metrics and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Optimizing transportation routes, shipping methods, and delivery schedules for enhanced logistics operations.
• Identifying cost-saving and efficiency enhancement opportunities.
• 10% domestic and international travel including site visits to 3PL providers.
