• Develop and expand the Brand Creative department, working with external partners and agencies.
• Lead the creative direction to maintain consistency and uniqueness in campaigns, product experiences, and internal culture.
• Create a visual identity with adaptable frameworks and creative systems for seamless customer interactions.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of impactful creative work.
• Utilize AI tools and workflows for efficient creative development and production.
• Supervise creative production from pre-production to post-production and other deliverables.
• Collaborate with the VP of Brand Marketing and other teams such as Growth Marketing, Content, and Product Design.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in brand and creative roles, with at least 3 years in team management.
• Deep understanding of design trends and history, with the ability to create scalable brand systems.
• Track record of delivering both brand-building and performance marketing creative solutions.
• Proficiency in digital, print, and video production tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI software.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms, as well as AI tools in creative development.
• Expertise in web and mobile technologies, programming languages, web design, and agile methodology.
• Experience working with agencies, contractors, and partners, demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.
