• Stay informed about trends in healthcare education, simulation technology, and instructional design.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in simulation-based education tools like SimTrain or Zenerate
• Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Background in Contact Center operations
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of training experience within the relevant department, preferably in a managed care/insurance setting
• Familiarity with computer-based training tools, vendors, and technology-driven training platforms
• Knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning styles, and evaluative methodologies for measuring training impact and ROI
• Prior experience leading cross-functional teams or managing projects, including staff hiring, training, and performance management
