• Take ownership and lead TRM’s Go-To-Market design strategy in collaboration with the VP of Marketing and brand leadership.
• Produce high-quality assets for various purposes such as landing pages, product launches, social campaigns, events, and executive content.
• Establish efficient design systems and processes to enhance consistency, speed, and quality.
• Provide guidance and supervision to freelance and contract designers, illustrators, and motion designers.
• Collaborate as a creative partner across different departments like Product Marketing, Communications, Events, Recruiting, and Marketing leadership.
• Act as a player-coach by both creating design work and developing systems, creative standards, and empowering others.
• Foster a culture of creative excellence through feedback mechanisms, design critiques, and continual enhancement.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design, with a proven track record of leading creative projects in high-growth tech firms or top-notch agencies.
• Proficiency in developing and refining a brand system across various platforms and touchpoints.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating campaigns, strategic thinking, and creative leadership.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of motion/animation or basic video editing is advantageous.
• Strong visual and conceptual storytelling abilities; adept at transforming complex concepts into compelling designs.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects from inception to completion with effective collaboration across functions.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and proactively identifying how design can drive strategic outcomes.
• Effective and confident communicator capable of presenting and advocating for creative decisions to executive stakeholders.
